Background

The 4Power Consortium has acquired majority ownership of the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company. As a business, PHED is looking forward to making improvements to the electricity distribution network that it could not do before. This means we will be able to provide our customers with a more reliable and efficient electricity supply to their homes and businesses.
