Dr. Ransome Owan, Chairman, PHED Board, was the Pioneer Chairman and CEO of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Director of Regulatory Affairs at Washington Gas Energy Services (WGES, Virginia, USA) and Senior Energy Analyst at Race Global & New Jersey Transit (USA).
Oghens Dickens Sanomi, Vice Chairman, PHED Board, currently an Executive Director and CoFounder of Traleveras group of companies, an internationally recognized Energy and power conglomerate with offices in London, Geneva, Cape Town, Dubai, Ivory Coast, and Nigeria. Upon completion of his Bachelors in Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey U.S.A, Mr. Oghens Sanomi worked briefly as a staff Auditor and then Tax Compliance officer. In 2004, he joined Taleveras Group as a Shareholding director primarily managing the financial operations of Taleveras Group.
Dr. Henry Ajagbawa is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Bachelor’s and Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, and has a Ph.D. in International Business Management. Dr. Ajagbawa is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Dr. Ajagbawa has over 33 years’ experience which spans across several industries: manufacturing, services, banking, and consulting. Dr. Ajagbawa has hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, project management, and change management. His forte remains organizational resuscitation and renewal.
Alex Okoh, an Alumnus of Harvard Business School, is currently Director-General, Bureau of Public Enterprises, BPE, Nigeria. The BPE is the agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria responsible for the reform of State-owned Enterprises in Nigeria; privatization, commercialization, etc. He was, until his appointment in April 2017, the Managing Partner, Ashford & McGuire Consulting firm LTD, a leading consulting firm with a strong focus on Business Strategy and Transformation, Human Capital Development Advisory Services.
Engr. Matthew Edevbie FNSE. is the MD/CEO Income Electrix Limited. He also chairs several Nigerian companies, including Consolidated Investment Limited and Kevtrics Nigeria Limited. He holds a B.Eng. degree and is a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria, Nigeria Power Forum, and Enterprise Development Services (EDS) of the Lagos Business School among others.
Dr. Awa Ibraheem. He is the Chairman/CEO of ICMA Service Limited. He is also a Director of Express Portfolio Services Limited, Prime Metro Properties Limited, Afro Commerce (WA) Limited, and HF Shrider (WA) Limited. Dr. Ibraheem has experience in auditing and tax planning and has worked with various firms including Chartered Accountants Olusola & Co. and as Assistant General manager (Finance & Accounts) at the New Nigeria Development Company (UNDC), Kaduna. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management, CIMA, CITA, ACIS. He holds a B.Sc. (Accounting), an MBA (Finance), and a Ph.D. in Management Science.
HRM King A. J, Turner is Chairman of the Universal Basic Education Commission and of the Bayelsa Oil Company Limited. He is a Member of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (MFR) and a Justice of the Peace (JP) He holds a B.Sc. in History.
Abdullahi Ibrahim Halilu, a graduate of Economics from the Ahmadu Bello University is an Executive Director, Gongoni Group of Companies from 1996 till date. He is a one-time Special Assistant to the Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abuja, and has served in various capacities in Kano, his home state. He is currently the Deputy Chairman, Board of Trustees, Malaria Care Foundation, Kano, a position he has held since 2009.
