Engineering, B.Eng. (Hons) from the
University of Port Harcourt,
UNIPORT, in 1984, Olice was Project
Manager, Gas Turbines and Major
Electrical Projects from 1993 to
1998 in the defunct Oil Mineral
Producing Area Development
Commission, OMPADEC. He was General
Manager, Bayelsa State Electricity
Board from 1999 to 2005 and Special
Adviser Power to Bayelsa State
Government from 2012 to 2015; while
serving as Managing Director Bayelsa
Electricity Company from 2012 till
date. Amongst other qualifications,
certifications and awards, he is
Registered Engineer under the
Council for the Regulation of
Engineering, COREN, in 1992; Fellow,
Nigerian Society of Engineers in
2005; Fellow, Nigerian Institute of

Mr. ETE PINNICK, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ete Pinnick is a people coach and passionate about building talent, team engagement and cultural transformation.
He was Snr supply chain director, sub-Sahara Africa, Mondelez International. Before joining Mondelēz, Ete held leadership roles at Unilever Nigeria Plc, where he served as Global Supply Chain Director. In this capacity, he managed supply chain operations across Nigeria, East, and Southern Africa, integrating regional supply chains into a global framework and fostering accountability and efficiency. His tenure also involved serving on the Unilever Nigeria Board as an Executive Director and contributing to the Unilever Africa Supply Chain Leadership Team. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria Society of Nigeria and the member council for the regulation of engineering in Nigeria.
He is disciplined, analytical, self-motivated, and data-driven and believes everything is possible. He has extensive experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, and power industries. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos and membership in the Nigeria Society of Engineers, Ete combines technical knowledge with strategic insight to deliver impactful results. Known for his expertise in global sourcing, demand forecasting, and talent development, he continues to shape the future of supply chain management in SSA through his commitment to transparency, sustainability, and innovation.
Dr. Awa Ibrahim – Board Member
Dr. Awa Ibrahim is a businessman and Chairman Integrated Consultancy Management Accountants, ICMA, Services Limited. He is member, board of many companies including Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company Limited, Oceanic Health Management Company Limited, Express Portfolio Services Limited, Prime Metro Properties Limited, Afrocommerce (WA) Limited, and HF Schroeder (WA) Limited. He graduated from the University of Lagos in 1982 with a B.Sc. Accounting and earned his Master's Degree in Finance from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1999. He also holds a PhD in Management Science from the University of Ilorin and is alumni of Harvard Business School, Strathclyde University (UK), and ILO Institute in Turin, Italy. Dr. Ibrahim is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has received recognition for his work, including being celebrated as a "Notable Member" by ICAN, and his appointment as the Pro-Chancellor of Fountain University Osogbo.
Mr Ayodeji Gbeleyi – Board Member.
Mr Ayodeji Gbeleyi is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. GBeleyi is also an aluminus of executive programs of the prestigious London Business School, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and Lagos Business School. Gbeleyi has over 30 years of post-qualification experience in diverse sectors including manufacturing, fast moving consumer goods, investment and commercial banking, project finance, telecommunications, infrastructure and public administration. He was the Board Chairman of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and Commissioner of Finance in Lagos State from 2013 to 2015. Mr Ayodeji is the current Director-General of the Bureau of Public Enterprise (BPE) Nigeria.
Ogheneruemu Dickens Sanomi – Board Member
Ogheneruemu Dickens Sanomi is a Nigerian and British citizen and an accomplished executive and co-founder of Taleveras Group, a globally recognized energy and power conglomerate who began his career as a staff Auditor and Tax Compliance officer. He joined Taleveras Group in 2004 and played a pivotal role in its financial operations and, as Chief Financial Officer at Phase 3 Telecom, successfully commercialized the Fiber Optic cable infrastructure of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria. Mr. Sanomi's expertise in the power sector led to the execution of various projects, including the Rivers State Open Cycle Gas Turbine generating Station. In 2012, he played a key role in Taleveras' venture into 4Power Consortium, serving on the Board and as Vice Chairman of Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company. Under his leadership, Taleveras acquired Afam Power Plc in 2013, a milestone in the power sector. Since 2017, Mr. Sanomi has chaired the Board of Directors at Ariria Market Energy Solutions, an off-grid Power Utility company. He has been a director at EasyPay International Services Limited since 2019.
Dr. (Engr) Matthew Edevbie – Board Member
Dr. (Engr) Matthew Edevbie's visionary leadership covers over three decades of remarkable contributions to Nigeria and Africa's power sector. As Chairman of Kevtrics Nigeria Limited, he shapes strategic visions, and as Chairman of Income Electrix/Fedco Joint Venture, he fosters innovation and collaboration. In his role as Managing Director at EasyPay International Limited, he drives innovative financial solutions. Matthew's impactful portfolio extends to leadership roles in 4power Consortium and Income Electrix Ltd. A distinguished alumnus of global institutions like IESE Business School, University of Navara Spain, Harvard Business School, and the Wharton Business School, Matthew has completed advanced executive development programs. His affiliations include fellowships with the Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigeria Institute of Power Engineers, Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants, and the Institute of Directors. Additionally, he is a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria and the Nigeria Environmental Society.
Dr. Kola Adesina – Board Member
Kola Adesina is a seasoned entrepreneur with diverse background in academia, finance, energy, trade, and diplomacy. Currently the Executive Director at Sahara Group, a prominent international energy and infrastructure conglomerate operating in over 42 countries, Kola leads Sahara Power Group's vision in Nigeria and across Africa. Sahara Power Group connects over 30 million homes and businesses to electricity through affiliates like Ikeja Electric and Egbin Power Plc. As Board Chairman at Ikeja Electric, Kola has directed various initiatives contributing to the strategic management of the supply chain, acquisitions, and infrastructure development across Africa. He served in the Presidential Committee for the Accelerated Expansion of the Electricity Infrastructure in Nigeria that led to the unbundling of PHCN. Kola is also a sought-after speaker at global conferences. He holds degrees in Insurance and Business, International Law and Diplomacy. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurance and an alumnus of Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
